Joan Miró i Ferrà was a Catalan Spanish painter, sculptor and ceramist. A museum dedicated to his work, the Fundació Joan Miró, was established in his native city of Barcelona in 1975, and another, the Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró, was established in his adoptive city of Palma in 1981.

Hans Bellmer was a German artist, best known for his drawings, etchings that illustrates the 1940 edition of Histoire de l’œil, and the life-sized female dolls he produced in the mid-1930s. Historians of art and photography also consider him a Surrealist photographer.

Aaron Gilbert (1976 – Pres)
Aaron J. Gilbert, (aka "AJ", is an American visual artist known for creating Symbolically and Psychologically charged narrative paintings.
Gilbert attended Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) (2005) and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting. In 2008, he received his Master of Fine Arts in painting from Yale University. Permanent collections: Brooklyn Museum of Art, Whitney Museum, and Studio Museum in Harlem.

Artist Statement: I am a Los Angeles based visual artist specializing in acrylic paintings with a historical context behind them.
As a first-generation immigrant, I have lived in various parts of the world including England, West Africa, and New York City, each of which have played a role in my work today.
The blend of my childhood experiences in music, entertainment, and sports have influenced my desire to narrate stories through my paintings.
